We Bring Dock Street Studio to You — On-Site Team Headshots
Our Monday and Friday special: the full Dock Street Studio set-up, popped up in your boardroom or office anywhere in Leeds and West Yorkshire. We bring a 2m pop-up frame backdrop and studio lighting, shoot tethered so everyone sees their shots on screen as we go, and direct each person individually. One flat fee of £595 for a half day, with flexible timings to suit your team — as a guide, nine till one or twelve till five — covering around 25 people in slots of about 10 minutes, without anyone leaving the building. Bigger team? A full day is £750 and covers around 50. That works out at under £24 a head for a half day and £15 a head for a full day, with no session fee or per-person charge, and retouching included rather than billed on top.

Need crew? Adding a photographer is £350–£500 depending on the shoot, and a runner is £175. Two hours is the minimum booking — call 0113 4400102 to talk through anything unusual. Paid in full at booking — see our booking and cancellation terms.
Booking terms: deposits, changes and cancellations
Plans change and we would always rather move a booking than charge for it. Every booking can be moved to a new date twice at no cost with 48 hours’ notice (7 days for full-day hire, commercial shoots and events), and whatever you have paid carries over. Here is what applies if you cancel outright.
Headshot sessions: £50 booking deposit
A £50 deposit holds your slot and comes off the session price on the day. It is not refundable, but it transfers to a new date and stays valid for six months, so if something comes up, move the session rather than cancel it. A no-show with no contact forfeits the deposit.
Studio hire: paid in full, refunded on a sliding scale
Cancel with 14 days’ notice or more and you get 100% back; 7 to 13 days, 75%; 3 to 6 days, 50%; inside 72 hours or a no-show, nothing. If we re-let your slot after you cancel, we refund what we kept less a £25 admin charge. Refunds go back to the original card within 10 working days.
Commercial shoots, team days and events: 25% deposit
A 25% deposit confirms the date and the balance is due seven days before the shoot. Cancel more than 30 days out and the deposit is refunded, less any third-party costs already committed for you. Inside 30 days the deposit is retained; inside 7 days the full fee is payable. Illness or a genuine emergency on a larger job is handled by rescheduling within six months, with nothing lost.
Book online, by phone or by email and you have a 14-day cooling-off right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (a session that goes ahead inside those 14 days can be charged for what was delivered).
