Dock Street Studio is a first-floor space with lift access at Unit 9, 30–38 Dock Street, LS10 — ten minutes' walk from Leeds train station and five from Leeds bus station, with on-site parking including a disabled bay. Alongside the shooting area there is a client lounge, a lit makeup mirror, an edit suite for tethered work, and a coffee station — all included whether you take the space on dry hire or book a photographer with it.

Elinchrom and Godox lighting with modifiers, a 2.7m Colorama backdrop system, blackout and a green screen, plus wifi, kitchen access and toilets. None of that is charged as an extra.
Yes. Plenty of photographers hire the space and run it entirely on their own kit. There's power throughout and room to rig, with 10ft ceilings across 450+ sq ft. If you'd rather use ours, it's already here and included in the price.
Yes — secure on-site parking with a disabled parking space, and on-site loading, so you're not hauling gear across town. We're on the first floor of a listed building at Unit 9, 30–38 Dock Street, Leeds LS10 1JF, with lift access, and the studio is fully wheelchair accessible.
Yes. Hire the space dry and run it yourself, or add a Dock Street photographer for £350–£550 depending on seniority. That covers lighting, tethering into Capture One and direction on the day, so you get finished frames rather than a room and a set of keys.
Yes to both. The space is wired for sound with two movable sets for podcast, interview and live-lounge recording, plus green screen, cine cameras and lenses, audio capture and a 5K iMac on site for editing. Full-day hire (£300) runs on Sundays as well as weekdays.
